WANNA KNOW ABOUT HOMOSEXUALITY READ IT...

“What does gay mean?”

A person who loves, in a very special way, someone who is the same gender. For example, a gay man wants to be involved with and love another man. A gay person may choose to have a special relationship with someone and share a home and have a family together.

  • The word gay describes a man and a man or a woman and a woman, who love each other.

  • It describes a boy who wants to have a boyfriend or a girl who wants to have a girlfriend.

  • “Gay” can refer to either men or women but it is sometimes used just to refer to gay men. Women who are gay are also called “lesbians.”

What Bible says about homosexual acts???

He Bible generally teaches against any sexual relations except between husband and wife. The Bible specifically mentions sexual intercourse between persons of the same sex as among the forbidden acts. Homosexual acts are mentioned in seven Bible passages: 1

  • 2 refer to rape (Genesis 19:5, Judges 19:22)

  • 3 refer to intercourse between men (Leviticus 18:21-22, Leviticus 20:13, Romans 1:27)

  • 1 refers to intercourse between women (Romans 1:26)

  • 1 refers to prostitution and possibly pederasty (1 Corinthians 6:9-10)

  • 1 is general in nature (1 Timothy 1:8-10)

Homosexual acts are a choice or nature?

Yes. People choose to be gay. They are making an immoral choice, which government should discourage.

    Or

No. Sexual preference is biologically determined. Government should protect gay people from discrimination because homosexuality is an unalterable aspect of their identity.

These two answers have something in common: With both of them, the science conveniently supports the moral decision.

“Being gay is bad. How wonderful it is that nobody has to be gay!”

“Homosexual behavior should be allowed to take place. Isn’t it fantastic that, by an amazing coincidence, there is no way to stop it?”

What if neither answer is right?

Perhaps sexual preference can be changed – and people have the right to engage in gay sex and have homosexual relationships if they choose to do so. (The fourth option, that gay people have no choice but to be gay, but should be punished for it anyway, is morally unthinkable.)

What is the condition of Gays in India??

The Supreme Court has reversed the July 2009 ruling of the Delhi High Court decriminalizing gay sex between consenting adults in private. In the world’s largest democracy and its second largest country, gay sex is illegal and the status of homosexuals has become that of criminals once again.

At the center of this controversy is Section 377 of the Indian Penal Code (IPC), which the apex court has now upheld. However, many people are unaware of what this section exactly means.Section 377 of the Indian constitution is a descendant of an archaic law from the colonial British rule, which described homosexual acts as “unnatural”. It was incorporated into the IPC in 1860. The section reads: “377. Unnatural offences — Whoever voluntarily has carnal intercourse against the order of nature with any man, woman or animal, shall be punished with imprisonment for life, or with imprisonment of either description for a term which may extend to ten years, and shall also be liable to fine.”

In effect, the section defines all acts of carnal intercourse other than heterosexual penile-vaginal as against the order of nature, irrespective of consent, and punishable with up to life imprisonment.

Buy it now on www.flipkart.com
Get a Samsung VR Free

When you purchase a Samsung Galaxy S7 at select stores — including Target and Best Buy — you can get a Gear VR and a six-game bundle, estimated at a $150 value. You can either get the headset directly from your carrier of choice, or submit your proof of purchase on Samsung’s ordering site.

Samsung VR

This bundle is ideal for anyone considering the Galaxy S7 in the first place: now you won’t have to shell out an extra $99 to turn your phone into a VR device that runs on Oculus technology. While the Gear VR certainly isn’t a replacement for heavy-duty machines like the HTC Vive or the Oculus Rift, it’s definitely a step up from Google’s offerings across the board.
Supplies are limited, so if you’re itching to try VR and already have the Galaxy S7 on your list, it might be an attractive choice.

Facebook's New AI Messenger Based Assistant

Facebook users will open their Messenger apps to discover M, a new virtual assistant. Facebook will prompt them to test it with examples of what M can do: Make restaurant reservations. Find a birthday gift for your spouse. Suggest—and then book—weekend getaways.

It won’t take long for Messenger’s users to realize M can accomplish much more than your standard digital helper, suspects David Marcus, vice president of messaging products at Facebook. “It can perform tasks that none of the others can,” Marcus says. That’s because, in addition to using artificial intelligence to complete its tasks, M is powered by actual people.

Companies from Google to Taskrabbit are engineering products to act as superpowered personal assistants. Some, like Apple’s Siri, Google Now, or Microsoft’s Cortana, rely entirely on technology, and though they can be used by a lot of people, their range of tasks remains limited. Others, like startups Magic and Operator or gig-economy companies like TaskRabbit, employ people to respond to text-based requests. These services can get nearly anything done—for a much smaller number of folks. M is a hybrid. It’s a virtual assistant powered by artificial intelligence as well as a band of Facebook employees, dubbed M trainers, who will make sure that every request is answered.

Facebook’s goal is to make Messenger the first stop for mobile discovery. Google has long had search locked up on the desktop: Right now, if I’m looking to treat my summer cold, and I’m in front of my laptop, I begin by googling “cold meds Upper West Side.” On mobile, however, I may pull up any number of apps–Google, Google Maps, Twitter–to find that out, or I may just ask Siri. Facebook starts at a disadvantage on mobile because it doesn’t have its own operating system, and therefore users must download an app, and then open it. Marcus hopes to make up for that by creating a virtual assistant so powerful, it’s the first stop for anyone looking to do or buy anything.

“We start capturing all of your intent for the things you want to do,” says Marcus. “Intent often leads to buying something, or to a transaction, and that’s an opportunity for us to [make money] over time.”

If M can provide a more efficient service than its competitors, Facebook can boost the number of people using it on mobile, and eventually spur revenue from their transactions. That’s the kind of win-win Marcus was brought in to accomplish at Facebook, which in June 2014 hired him away from PayPal, where he had been CEO. In less than two years, Facebook has more than tripled Messenger’s users to 700 million.

How Facebook

To try the new service, users will tap a small button at the bottom of the Messenger app to send a note to M, the same way they might message anyone on Facebook. M’s software will decode the natural language, ask followup questions in the message thread, and send updates as the task is completed. Users won’t necessarily know whether a computer or a person has helped them; unlike Siri and Cortana, M has no gender.

For now, M doesn’t pull from the social data Facebook collects to complete tasks. So, if you request a gift for your spouse, the service will make suggestions based only on your answers to questions it asks you and previous conversations you and M have had. Marcus says that may change “at some point, with proper user consent.” The service is free, and will be available to all Facebook Messenger users eventually.

In internal tests, Facebook employees have been using M for several weeks to do everything from organizing dinner parties to tracking down an unusual beverage in New Orleans. “An engineer went to Paris for a couple days, and his friend asked M to redecorate his desk in a French style,” Marcus says. “Twenty-four hours later, the desk was decorated with a proper napkin, baguette bread, and a beret.” One of M’s most popular requests from its Facebook employee testers: the service can call your cable company and endure the endles
s hold times and automated messages to help you set up home wifi or cancel your HBO.

The Human Element
The thing is: that’s a person on hold on your behalf. Facebook’s M trainers have customer service backgrounds. They make the trickier judgment calls, and perform other tasks that software can’t. If you ask M to plan a birthday dinner for your friend, the software might book the Uber and the restaurant, but a person might surprise your friend at the end of the night by sending over birthday cupcakes from her favorite bakery. “M learns from human behaviors,” says Marcus.

Eventually, the service might be sophisticated enough to figure this out on its own, but not soon. Right now, M trainers sit close to the engineering team inside Facebook offices. The company confirms the trainers are contractors but won’t say how many there are. Marcus anticipates that over time, Facebook will employ thousands of them, which will represent a substantial economic investment.

The company anticipates the cost will be offset by the revenue growth it is able to realize by capitalizing on M’s interactions. As WIRED’s Cade Metz explains, Facebook plans to use data generated by the service to feed much more complex AI systems that can reduce the burden on the trainers.

Open for Business
It’s not hard to imagine the business opportunities that M could spawn. For one, should Facebook discover a business is getting lots of inbound requests, it could partner with that company to offer a more direct, efficient service over Messenger.

“If, for instance, you have a lot of calls that have to be placed by people to cable companies,” says Marcus, “That’s a pretty good signal that their customers would actually like a better way to interact with the company and maybe they should have a presence inside of Messenger directly.”

Facebook is already helping firms offer customer service through Messenger. At the company’s March developer conference, Marcus announced Businesses on Messenger, a feature that allows businesses to send receipts, notify customers their packages have shipped, and provide basic customer service.

Marcus won’t offer metrics to suggest whether the feature has caught on among companies, but he says they have shown a lot of interest, and his team is beginning to work out some of the kinks. “We have a lot of threads open between businesses and people, and the engagement is very good,” says Marcus. “Now we want to open it to more businesses.”

AI (Artificial Intelligence) -We Are Closer To Real Brain Than You Know..!

DIGITAL ASSISTANTS

Hello Folks , I guess all of you know What exactly AI (Artificial Intelligence) is .

But If you don't know that much then, you can know more about it in an article by my colleague Mr. Jyotiraditya Dey

Artificial intelligence is one of the hottest subjects these days, and recent advances in technology make AI even closer to reality than most of us can imagine.

Those in the defense industry are not the only ones engaging in an arms race to create advanced AI. Technology giants like Facebook, Google, Microsoft ,Apple and IBM are all engaging in various AI-initiatives, as well as competing on developing digital personal assistants like
  •  Facebook’s M

  • Microsoft's Cortana

  • Apple's SIRI

  •  Google's OK Google

Mark Zuckerberg even wants to create his own version of Jarvis from Iron Man to run his home.
Robots are no longer limited to traditional blue-collar jobs, fully automated assembly lines and high-frequency trading algorithms. White-collar jobs are ripe for automation, and robots are replacing bank tellers, mortgage brokers and loan officers in the financial industry. These examples follow strict repetitive rule-based routines, and a machine easily can perform them without any human interaction.

The road to true artificial intelligence is not paved with a single discipline.

The road to true artificial intelligence is not paved with a single discipline, but rather a collection of specialized subject matters, techniques and theories that together interact to create some form of intelligence.
I have limited this post to include only a selection of the technologies and techniques applied in AI research and development. For further insight, Check logic programming.

Whirlwind of Emotions

Extramarital Affair – Whirlwind of Emotions

It was but obvious that Chandini was terribly distracted and even though her face was a mirror of calm; her eyes gave her away at times. Those who knew her well had to just look into her eyes to know what she was feeling. Nevertheless, Chandini pushed herself to remain unruffled and distant from the storm that was raging through her heart.

Walking across to the bay windows, Chandini put down her mug of coffee and stared wistfully into the horizon. Moody, her faithful shadow slumped down on the rug and lay across her feet like he always did. How she loved this view and never tired of it. The mountains with their shiny white tops and glistening snow even miles away always brought a smile to her face. She looked down at her hands and was taken aback to see them trembling. Reaching out to Moody, she patted his head and scratched his ears in an effort to stop her hands shaking. “You are such a lazy cocker Moody…always ready for a free scratch, right!”

“What’s the matter with me? Why am I behaving in this manner?” thought Chandini to herself. She shivered under the cotton sweatshirt even though the winter chill was yet to set in. Watching the sun trying to peek through the mist, a few rays of sunshine caught the tendrils across her face illuminating the warmth of her personality across the room.
Her glance kept going to the bookshelf across the room where she had left her phone. It took all her inner strength to stop herself from getting up and grabbing the phone and looking at it as she had been doing so continuously since the past few days. She was sick and tired of doing this…sick and tired of the waiting and sick and tired of playing these games. Unfortunately, the shrill ring of her mobile made her jump out of her skin and shook her out of her thoughts as she made her way to answer the call.
Minutes later, post a rather short and sweet and to the point work call, she placed the phone back on the shelf. She willed herself to not check her phone to see if he had replied. It had been about three days now. She hated that she was constantly checking his ‘last seen at’ status and yes, he had logged in just five minutes ago. Yet she couldn’t stop herself. This sinking feeling to find absolutely no communication from him was becoming unbearable, almost torturous.
And then, just as she sat down in her chair, her phone vibrated. With her heart thudding in her ear, she unlocked her phone and stared at the screen. Finally! It was his message.
But when she opened it and read it, she nearly stopped breathing. She didn’t know if he was joking or not. What was this?
The words stared back in her face…the whirlwind of emotions swirling through her were worse than a roller-coaster ride. “I’ve been doing a lot of thinking the past few days and I feel it would be best if I go back to my wife. It’s been a very tough decision for me but it would be unfair on my part to leave Ananya at this stage. It breaks my heart but I have to put an end to our relationship. Best if we have no further contact. I know you are very strong Chandini and will handle it better than me. Hope you can forgive me one day. Yours, Viraaf.”

What the hell did all this even mean? And what did the ‘Yours’ at the end of the message even define when he was bringing everything to an end. Chandini tried to make sense of the message… Reading and re-reading every word… A mixture of anger and sadness making her eyes moist till she felt tears roll down her face. A pair of eyes were fixed firmly on her, watching her like a hawk and it is really uncanny how perceptive dogs are to emotions, especially of their loved ones. Suddenly Moody was in her lap, licking her face and tears away. “What would I do without you?” whispered Chandini.
“Stop crying for the ba##ard,” she kept muttering to herself. “Just stop it.” In hindsight, Chandini had been dreading this moment…somehow she always knew it would never last. But being a die-hard optimist and one that took risks, sometimes unnecessary ones in life…she always kept the window of hope alive. But it was not to be and she gave out a harsh laugh!
Flinging the phone on the bed, Chandini decided to not think anymore and felt she needed a breath of fresh air and maybe a long walk to clear her head. Hurriedly throwing on a pair of jeans and a clean sweatshirt, Chandini looked for her sneakers, while for a change Moody watched all her actions without the usual excitement and tail wagging and barking. Grabbing her keys, she stepped out into the cool breeze with Moody in tow, tugging at his leash as he always did. “When will you learn to walk Moody?” questioned Chandini while bending down to tie her shoelaces. She suddenly remembered she had left her phone inside but decided against going back into the house to get it even though she was certain her Mother would call as she usually did in the mornings. “Aaah loved ones… What would we do without them?” she thought.
Walking through the cobbled streets, Chandini headed towards their favourite trail. Boy was she thankful that she had taken the decision to move to Kasauli, even though many were not happy with her decision of living in solitude. She had also spent all her precious savings in buying the quaint property that was now her home – a small cottage but spacious enough to live comfortably and one that even boasted of a garden. But she never regretted her decision as this is where she felt totally at peace and was able to pursue her passion for writing.
The mystic beauty and charm of Kasauli always drew Chandini back again and again. Away from the maddening chaos and hustle-bustle of city life, this surreal destination was exactly what Chandini needed. Paradise on earth and she felt blessed indeed. Her handful of neighbours scattered around were nice…a mixed bunch and everyone minded their own business. Chandini could hear Mrs. Sood yelling at her gardener. “That will never change,” she thought to herself. Ben, her nutty and eccentric Dutch painter best friend waved to her and beckoned her to join him. “In a bit,” she yelled back and quickly looked away for he knew her only too well and would notice her expressions. But Ben knew something was up as he had caught the distress in her eyes and his heart broke thinking of the worst possible scenario in his mind. But he knew he had to wait for her to talk. “Later then,” Ben bellowed after her in his hoarse voice.

Moody pulled her towards the bushes while she wistfully stared at the profusion of wild flowers, greenery, and thick forests of pine, oak and horse-chestnut around her. The air was fresh and echoed of quiet serenity. The silence was only broken by the calls from birds and chattering of squirrels and monkeys. She thought back to the last few weeks… Yes, it had only been two months since she had met Viraaf. They had connected instantly…mutual attraction, the electric undercurrents between them and the ease at which they had fallen in love. This was the one time when she had realised and felt what ‘Love at First Sight’ meant. It had hit her with such a force that she had never quite recovered to understand how fast the relationship had moved forward to dizzying heights.
“How does one pull the brakes on something that felt so right,” Chandini thought to herself. Viraaf had been nothing short of playing his role to the hilt. Attentive, showering Chandini with gifts, making her laugh, sitting endlessly for hours talking about life, wining and dining her in Chandigarh, and successfully sweeping her off her feet with an unbridled passion. He had told her straight up that he was married…stuck in a loveless marriage that was suffocating him. The warning bells in her head had gone off then but she had just brushed them off when he reassuringly had repeated day after day that the days ahead would only be about them being together and celebrating life as one.
She never thought of herself as a ‘marriage breaker’ or the ‘other’ woman and felt very guilty about being with Viraaf at first. But hearing about his life and marriage made her think that why shouldn’t two people who love each either and are right for each other be given a chance? That was fair thinking too, wasn’t it? They deserved new beginnings…dreams turning into reality…and possibilities of living life on their terms.
Their time together had flown past with both of them balancing work and meetings and responsibilities and spending precious moments in all the madness. Chandini had finished her research for her next book while Viraaf had managed to get the teething problems ironed out of his new office being set up. Reality always lands with a thud and so they finally discussed the way ahead and how they would work on their new life together. Viraaf had assured her that divorce would not be a problem as Ananya led her own life and was in any case sick and tired of him. Having no kids made it look all the more easy.
Their goodbye was rather dramatic and they parted ways tearfully and with heavy hearts but both looking forward to their time ahead. And that’s when the nightmare began… Other than his, “Landed” message on WhatsApp three days back, there had been no further communication. She knew she had to be careful while messaging him, and in giving him time to sort things out but this was unexpected and so out of the blue. Chandini finally sat on one of the stray, unpainted and rusty benches and wept her heart out. Moody looked perplexed with all the sobbing but stuck close to her, occasionally whimpering or putting his paw across her lap.
Hours later, with renewed determination and a new found strength Chandini decided to let it all go and move ahead. All her life she had believed that things always happened for the best and that this one was another incident that needed to be seen in the same light. “It is going to be alright Moody… You just watch,” she said loudly to Moody who gave the impression he understand every word uttered.
Brushing off the dust from the bench and with a deep breath, Chandini yet again, pushed this episode at the back of her mind…in the darkest corner of her memories that she never ever visited again. There was so much more to look forward to and she was ready. Thank goodness, not many knew about Viraaf and she had the good sense to be secretive for a change.
Pushing open Ben’s creaky gate, she yelled, “Hello… I need some strong coffee, preferably with a shot of whisky and I need it now!” Freeing Moody from his leash, and watching Moody bounce into the house, Chandini freed herself from the shackles of her past as well and walked in with a cheery smile.

Total solar eclipse sweeps across Northeast

A total solar eclipse swept across the vast Indonesian archipelago on Wednesday, marked by ecstatic sky gazers cheering the spectacle, devout Muslims kneeling in prayer and tribespeople performing rituals.

The moon began to move between the Earth and sun at 6:19 am (2319 GMT Tuesday), and about an hour later a total eclipse became visible in western parts of the country.
The sun then went entirely dark in a broad arc right across the world’s biggest archipelago nation, which straddles three time zones, before the eclipse swept out across the Pacific Ocean.
Partial eclipses were also visible over other parts of Asia and Australia, and astronomy enthusiasts across the region gathered on rooftops, beaches and in observatories to witness the phenomenon.
Tens of thousands of foreign and Indonesian tourists flocked to the best viewing spots, and special events were organised, from a festival to fun runs and dragon boat races.
Check out the awesome view in this video:

“It was very beautiful, there are a lot of people here and when the totality hit, everybody cheered. I got goose bumps.” In Ternate, in the eastern Maluku Islands, thousands of people yelled “Glory to God” as the total eclipse became visible, while on the small Mentawai archipelago in the west of the country, hundreds cheered, prayed and hugged one another during the spectacle.
The whole eclipse lasted around three hours in Indonesia, but the total eclipse was visible for between just one and a half and three minutes, depending on location.
The weather stayed clear in many popular viewing spots, although clouds obscured views in some places.
For some of Indonesia’s tribes, the eclipse is viewed with apprehension.  Dayak tribesmen performed a special ritual to ensure that the sun, which they view as the source of life, did not disappear entirely.
As the total eclipse hit, the tribal chief — dressed in a traditional costume — began to chant loudly and was answered by even louder chants from other members of the tribe.
For many in the world’s most populous Muslim-majority country, it was a spiritual experience, and large numbers flocked to mosques to say special prayers.
Foreign scientists also descended on Indonesia. A four-strong team from Nasa was in Maba, a small town in the Malukus, to observe the eclipse.

Tutorial: How to Switch to Android from Windows 10 Mobile

Windows Phone might not be as popular as Android and iOS but it still manages to hold a good number of total smartphone market share but there are some restrictions that might not suit people forcing them to switch to Android. The biggest problem one can face during the process is the transfer their precious data like Media files, Photos, Contacts etc. We decide to come with a comprehensive tutorial to help our readers. So without further ado, let's get started.

To transfer the contacts, follow the following steps:

Sign in to your Microsoft account on your PC, then press the dropdown next to Outlook, and select People.

Now, select Manage and choose Export for Outlook.com and other services.

Now the "*.csv" will download on your computer.
Now you have to transfer your Hotmail contacts to your Google Account. To do that:

Sign-in to your Gmail account on a PC
In the main Gmail window, press the drop-down arrow next to "Gmail" and choose "Contacts".

In Contacts page, press "More" menu and select "Import".

Now press the "Choose File" button.

Navigate to the location where you saved the Contacts file (*.csv) and open it.
Finally, press the "Import" button and wait until the import process is completed.
Now in your phone

Go to Settings> Accounts.
Under Manage Accounts (or Add Account), select the Google account you used to import contacts.
Finally press Sync Contacts. You 're done.
So this is it. You can transfer contacts easily by this method. Moving on, to transfer media files like photos, songs and videos follow method under two different conditions. The first condition is, when we have a Micro SD Card option on both the Windows Phone and the Android device. Second is, when we don't have the Micro SD Card option on Windows Phone as well as the Android device.

Let's start by explaining the first situation. If both the devices support Micro SD Card, then just open file explorer on Windows Phone and move all the files to Micro SD Card. Now take out the Micro SD Card and insert it into your Android device to copy data from the Micro SD Card. This will transfer all the data from Windows Phone to Android.

Next is the situation when you don't have Micro SD Card option. In this case you have to use your Data cable to transfer data using your PC. You can also use Bluetooth/NFC to transfer data but it will take time if the data is big.

Do note that you can use the second method of transferring media files in the first situation as well.

Next up is transferring SMS to your Android device. Unfortunately, Windows Phone doesn't support the transfer of SMS to other devices so you can't transfer. However, you can sync messages if you are switching from Windows Phone to another Windows Phone.
